K & K is located 30 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport, just minutes from the FedEx Shipping Hub, the UPS shipping hub and in close proximity to material suppliers, heat treat facilities, surface finishers and LTL trucking companies.
All methods of inspection are checked for current
calibration on a regular schedule.
Key manufacturing characteristics, and all critical
dimensions are determined by management during a review
of drawings.
Quality inspections commence at the quote level and
follow though the processing of the purchase
order, material purchasing and outsourcing of heat treat
and other operations performed outside our facility.
All receive inspections and in-process inspections
are performed methodically and nothing is shipped until
a final inspection is made by qualified personnel.
